A few months ago, I published a post sharing my favourite travel-related things I had been loving that month (I think it was in October). And I absolutely loved writing it - I loved those posts that you can look back on and be like "oh, that was what I liked/thought at the time!" and those posts are also my favourites to read.

I don't know yet if I'll make this a monthly thing, because as you can see, last time I wrote about my favourite things it was in October... ha! And I'm not sure if I'm going to gather enough favourites each month, but from time to time I'll post my travel favourites and hope it gives some of you some inspiration!

In the previous favourites post, I included my favourite magazine and book, but in this one I won't include them simply because I haven't had time to read much this month. But if you have any recommendation, please please please let me know I would absolutely love to discover and read new travel magazines/books!

So without further ado, here are 7 of my favourite travel-related things I have been loving this month:

#1 Video - PARK CITY TRAVEL GUIDE || What to do in the winter

My favourite travel video this month is one by Hailey and Brad Devine! I'm literally obsessed with this little family, Hailey and Brad are such a talented couple of videographers and have the cutest daughters. They travel quite often and publish videos of their adventures around the world as well as at home, and their editing and videography are just unreal! I always feel so inspired after watching their videos and this one that I'm sharing with you this month definitely made me smile more than once - their positive attitude and many laughs are contagious. You've been warned!

#2 Travel Gear - Olympus Pen EPL7 Camera

For Christmas, I got a new camera: the Olympus Pen E-PL7! (It's the one I'm holding on the picture above.) I had heard so many great things about it and I finally got around to testing it this month - and I've been loving it so much. The quality is amazing, it just makes me want to go on an adventure and take lots of pictures and videos with it!

#3 App - XE Currency

Lately, I've been actively planning my next big trip (I want to keep the destination a secret for now, but don't worry I'll reveal it very soon!) and the currency there is not the €... So this app has come in so handy when I've had to book hotels etc and convert every single price into euros. And I know it will definitely help me on my trip too when I'll have to pay for other things like food in restaurants there!

#4 Blog Post - When Travel No Longer Feels Meaningful

This post, by Leah from The Sweetest Way, is so beautifully-written. And it made me think... One on hand, I can't really relate to the article because I don't feel the same way as her (yet?) as I don't travel full-time and I haven't been to that many countries. But on the other hand, I can actually kind of relate and understand her feeling. Maybe I'll lose my why,  maybe I won't think and dream that much about travelling the world one day, and maybe I'll want to settle and travel less, too.

#5 Quote

"Travel isn't always pretty. It isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that's okay. The journey changes you - it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consiousnes, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you... Hopefully, you leave something good behind." - Anthony Bourdain

#6 Podcast - Millennial (Season 3)

I've actually mentioned this podcast once in my 5 Podcasts To Listen To On Your Next Trip post - and it's not a travel podcast - but the first 4 episodes of Season 3 are taking place in Cuba! It's all about how life is in Cuba, how it's like growing up there - and it's really interesting. Megan Tan, the host, talks to locals and you really get a true, honest insight into the country.

#7 Instagram - @abiteofculture

I've recently found Jamie's Instagram account, and not only does she have a stunning gallery but she is also the sweetest person! She's an American currently living in Italy and she's giving me major travel envy every time she posts a picture. If her pictures don't make you want to book the next flight to Itlay, I don't know what will!

#8 Place - Giens, France

After some long rainy days on the French Riviera, in mid-February it finally went back to its normal self: sunny, warm and a little bit windy. So sunny and warm that my friends and I decided it was the perfect day to go for a little adventure. So off we went to the Giens peninsula, walked along the beach, climbed up some rocks and enjoyed the most beautiful view of the sea. Oh, how I love home!

Over to you! Let me know what you've been loving and what inspired you this month because I'd love to know!
